We’re excited to announce that Brooke Quinn, our Chief Customer Officer, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Carrot. In her new role, Quinn will oversee business operations, including customer experience operations, global operations, people operations, clinical solutions, and marketing. She will continue to report directly to Founder & CEO Tammy Sun.
“It has been an incredible privilege shepherding Carrot’s Customer Experience team through a period of unprecedented growth,” said Quinn. “In my expanded role, I look forward to leading a diverse group of teams within Carrot to continue our drive towards accomplishing the goal of fertility care for all.”
Since joining the executive team in 2021, Quinn’s leadership and expertise have been a catalyst in driving Carrot’s growth and success. She has also played a pivotal role in bringing expanded Carrot services, including menopause, low testosterone, and leading pregnancy support, to all Carrot customers, improving access to this life-changing care for millions worldwide. Throughout this growth, Quinn has also maintained a sharp focus on operational performance, consistently delivering 95% CSAT scores indicating near-unanimous satisfaction among Carrot members, as well as near 100% customer retention.

Under Quinn's leadership, Carrot has been honored by Inc. Magazine with the Power Partners Award, recognized by the Digital Health Awards as the best-in-class winner for Women's Health, named one of the Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company, and selected as one of the Inspiring Businesses for Women in Iowa. Quinn has also been featured in media on issues related to women at work, including in Quartz, Employee Benefit News, and WorkLife, and spoken at key industry events, including the Women in Work Summit U.S. and Health Evolution Summit.
Throughout her career, Quinn has been a trusted advisor and strategic leader with deep expertise in operational management, customer success and retention, and sales strategy and execution. Prior to joining Carrot, Quinn was Vice President of Enterprise Sales and Customer Success at DHI Group, Inc., a leading provider of data, insights, and employment connections that serves multiple markets globally. She has also led executive sales, operations, and customer success roles at Businessolver and ExcellerateHRO, both benefits administration technology companies.
In addition to her work at Carrot, Quinn is a passionate champion of women and leadership in her community. She currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa.
