Carrot was named to Fierce Healthcare’s Fierce 15 of 2021 list today, which recognizes the 15 most promising healthcare companies in the industry. We’re thrilled to be recognized for championing innovation and creativity and for advancing accessibility to fertility care by making it easy for employers to offer fertility and family-forming benefits to their global workforce.

This year, Fierce Healthcare evaluated hundreds of companies from around the world for its annual Fierce 15 list. Inclusion on the list is based on a variety of factors such as strength of technology and innovative approach to solving some of the most complex and longstanding problems in the health industry.

In a special report, Fierce Healthcare highlights that Carrot has tripled growth to nearly 200 companies and now supports companies in more than 50 countries. Carrot is also recognized for the launch of Carrot at Home, a first-of-its-kind telehealth program that combines AI-powered predictive analytics with virtual appointments. Members can connect with more than 2,000 reproductive endocrinologists, urologists, adoption experts, mental health experts, OB/GYNs, doulas, and midwives.

“In what’s been an especially challenging time, this group of Fierce 15 winners are reimagining the path forward for health care and leading the changes that will shape how health care of the future is delivered,” said Tina Reed, Fierce Healthcare’s executive editor.

Carrot CEO Tammy Sun told Fierce Healthcare, "The pandemic has increased the urgency of ensuring people have access to fertility health care — whether at clinics or at home. Now more than ever, employers seek flexible and focused solutions that can be customized to their business needs."

Everyday, we are humbled by the stories of gratitude from our members who are able to pursue parenthood because they have Carrot as a workplace benefit. Thank you to our customers for their partnership in our mission to make fertility care affordable and accessible for all.
