Hilary Bartlett is SVP, Strategy, at Carrot Fertility, the leading global fertility healthcare company. In her role, Hilary plans, directs, and oversees business operations activities at Carrot, including process implementation, legal and compliance strategy, key KPI metrics/reporting, and early product development. Hilary’s work ensures cross-functional alignment across Carrot to enable the company to meet and exceed the current and future needs of its customers and other stakeholders.
Hilary’s career spans management consulting for life sciences companies, policy, law, and healthcare. She is a graduate of Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Stanford University Law School, and received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Princeton University.
