Brooke Quinn

Brooke Bartholomay Quinn is Carrot's Chief Customer Officer. In her role, Brooke ensures the engagement, success, retention, and growth of Carrot’s customers.

Brooke is a trusted advisor and executive strategy leader with deep expertise in operational management, customer success and retention, and sales strategy and execution. Prior to joining Carrot, Brooke was Vice President of Sales at DHI Group, Inc., a leading provider of data, insights, and employment connections that serves multiple markets globally. She has also led executive customer success roles at Dwolla, a payments technology company, and Businessolver, a benefits administration technology company.

Brooke is a passionate champion of women and leadership. As a current member of the board of directors for Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa, she is active in the promotion of female leadership and on-going fundraising efforts in support of the mission. Brooke serves as the event chair for Inspiring Women of Iowa, an event recognizing women of courage, confidence, and character. Additionally, Brooke serves on the advisory board for Salto Women, a collective for the next generation of female leaders.
