Care Navigators at Carrot support our members every step of the way, no matter their family-forming journey. In Eddie’s role as a Care Navigator, he advises our members around their benefit, confirms provider eligibility, and finds the best resources for support and care.

When did you join Carrot?
I joined Carrot in August of 2021.
What is the best thing about your job?
The best part about my job is working with our members from all over the world on their fertility/family-forming journeys. It truly is a rewarding experience to help members build their families.
Why did you join Carrot?
Like many at Carrot, I joined because the mission really spoke to me. I wanted to be part of an organization that was doing something groundbreaking, where I could really make a difference. When I first started at Carrot, I had recently become a new father, which has been the best experience of my life. Having that experience drives me even more to help people have that same opportunity.
What is your favorite perk about working at Carrot?
The best perk about working for Carrot is the flexibility of being able to work remotely. Also, the Work From Home Stipends are a really great perk to have.
How would you describe Carrot’s culture?
I would describe Carrot's culture as inclusive, progressive, collaborative, and connected. I finally feel like I belong somewhere.
What do you appreciate the most about working at Carrot?
There are so many things I appreciate about working at Carrot. Just to name a few, I really appreciate how much Carrot focuses on the well-being of its employees, as well as the flexibility I have working remotely, which allows me to spend time with my family. The benefits we receive are also something I am so appreciative of.
