Carrot Fertility Hires Customer Experience Leader Alli Tiscornia as Chief Customer Officer

Alli Tiscornia, a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in customer-facing roles at Sendoso, Zenefits, Medallia, and Visa, has joined Carrot Fertility as Chief Customer Officer. Tiscornia succeeds Brooke Quinn, who was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In her role, Tiscornia will report directly to Quinn and oversee the entire customer and member experience.

“I was immediately drawn to Carrot’s mission of fertility care for all,” said Tiscornia. “As a mother of two children through IVF, I vividly remember the feelings of isolation and uncertainty I experienced during that challenging journey. At that time, there was a significant lack of resources, community support, and easily accessible medical guidance. The comprehensive services and support that Carrot offers to its members would have been invaluable during my own fertility journey.” 

Tiscornia joins Carrot at a time of notable growth, with more than 1,000 customers and millions of covered lives globally. As CCO, Tiscornia will focus on further building Carrot’s customer relationships from initial implementation through renewal and beyond, as well as collaborating on new products and services to enhance the member experience. 

“Alli has a tremendous track record of customer success and scaling teams globally,” shared Quinn. “I’m excited to welcome her as our new CCO and look forward to working with her in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers and members around the world.” 

Prior to joining Carrot, Tiscornia was Chief Customer Officer at ChurnZero where she scaled the customer experience organization and formalized the company’s implementation methodology. Before that, Tiscornia held several executive leadership positions at Sendoso, first as Chief Customer Officer where she built the customer experience organization, then as Chief Sending Operations Officer to focus on aligning fulfillment and logistics operations with product and customer workflows. She also served as Vice President of Customer Services at Zenefits where she oversaw the development and successful execution of professional services and support of the Zenefits platform. She previously held related leadership roles with Medallia, Visa, and Endeca (acquired by Oracle), and began her career with CA Technologies.

Tiscornia holds a B.A. in sociology and public policy from the University of Arizona and has certifications in scrum management, project management, and information technology infrastructure.
